Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 July 2026. Draft — subject to legal review.

DeployBeat provides delivery (DORA) metrics from Git and deploy events. This policy explains what we process and why. Questions: privacy@deploybeat.com.

What we process

Git and deploy event metadata (commit, branch, merge-request, build and deployment references, URLs and timestamps), Jira issue and project keys, incident references, and commit author name. We do not store source code, passwords, or payment data.

Why

Solely to link events and compute delivery (DORA) metrics for your installation.

Where

Data is processed on managed infrastructure with DNS and TLS via Cloudflare. All traffic is encrypted in transit; data is encrypted at rest.

Retention and deletion

Data is scoped per installation. On uninstall or written request, we erase the installation's data from our backend.

Sub-processors

Atlassian (Forge runtime), Railway (backend and database) and Cloudflare (DNS and TLS). See the Data Processing Addendum.
